1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our order processing time is 1–3 business days and the transit time is 7–10 business days.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking code. Use it on our tracking page.

3. Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders.

4. My order is delayed — what should I do?

Please allow up to 3 additional days. If it still has not arrived, contact us at Contact@shoezq.com with your order number.

5. I received the wrong item — what now?

Take photos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
